Exam Window:
You must apply for and pass the exam within 2 years of completing the 40-hour course (the Educational Certificate's validity). A passed portion also expires with the certificate.
Retake Policy:
No same-day rebooking - you can retest within a couple of days as space allows. Only the failed portion is retaken, at the $54 retake fee, with no stated attempt cap inside the 2-year window.
Background Check:
A CORI (Criminal Offender Record Information) acknowledgment form is completed with your application; the check is name-based and no fingerprints are taken
